So far, I've created a spreadsheet for the budget, including a column for the expected from your original proposal and a column for the actual as you spend the money or change things. The spreadsheet will automatically create subtotals and total everything spent as you put the numbers in and if you change the expected numbers, then it will adjust those subtotals and total as well. There is also another sheet with it for me to keep track of my hours so you all know when I've worked and for how long. Sarah is also working on finding out about the transportation for taking students off campus on the city tour and site visits.
Sarah also wanted to let you all know that she has a meeting with New North Citizen's Council tomorrow at 1:30 to discuss the community partnerships. Anyone else interested should feel free to attend that meeting as well, but she knows that everyone's schedules are packed and you may be busy.

Hi everyone,
I've created this blog so that we can all have one place to put any thoughts or ideas that we would like to share with the whole group. It can serve as an easy and quick way to follow what everyone else is doing and to ask questions of everyone. This may be a little easier than email because all messages are saved in one place and you won't have to go searching through your emails to find old messages. You can also post links to this blog on the side panel. Just to let you know how it works, if you have a new topic, then you can create a new post in the upper right hand corner and if you would like to respond to someone else's post, there is a comments button in the bottom right hand corner of each post where you can go to make comments or ask/answer questions. It also shows a little number to tell how many comments have been made so you know when someone comments on your post. Let me know what you all think of this, whether you want to use it or just use emails and meetings, or if you have questions.
